Wild garlic grows like crazy in the woods where I walk. I don't think it likes the same sunny position that the garlic we grow for veg.

That Sinningia does seem to multiply rapidly. I dried mine right off and cut back in the garage for the winter, I tried some outside last winter...
They are still alive, but its up to you if they get brighter and cooler conditions they could still be OK.
The problem is once they get leggy they never really get back to a stocky looking plant, but yes if you keep going with the lights they will improve.
