What you need first of all,is a camera that churns out photos,in RAW format somewhere in the region of 30-48mb per image. This is how i do it....
Think i'd get an underwater camera,dive in and really catch his last breath.Could even make up a b/s story that i was trying to save...
I wouldn't even consider doing this in hdr. Unless it was like it on the original,the hdr has blown out all the water which imho,ruins a picture...
