Hi @Dropmore I think it's 'lily of the valley' (Convallaria majalis.) If happy with growing conditions, it can be quite invasive!

If they're 7 to 8mm in diameter (when fully wetted), then ammunition for a gel ball gun is very likely. All too common these days.
