I too pick mine off every day or two and I've not seen any for over a week now. In spring I repot mine and kill the grubs I find in the soil too.
When I bought mine I was told I can prune it hard the same as a buddleja. Mine is not big enough for that yet though.

Hi I think it's Cotoneaster 'Cornubia' I have one in my garden and it's about 10 foot high.
Does anyone know what this is? It came out of a mixed packet of wildflowers and is a biennial that is all I know, flowered for months last summer.
