If you get a cutting from an established plant, it will flower earlier, maybe even the first year. I'm sorry you didn't mention wanting one...
I loathe to remove this fruit esp. as the other flowers have dropped off. I'd be happy to have even one ripe tomato from this plant.
Eucalyptus are beautiful trees but definitely not for small gardens methinks. They are water hungry trees aren't they?
