    Thanks again, eventually i would like to do my own but my greenhouse is my shed at the moment. i will pop and take a look thank you.

      PS: Like you I just bought a £1 Rose called Tom Tom from the range bless it it was reduced and looked like yours a little worse for wear ...given it lots of TLC so im keeping my :fingers crossed: too :)

          Thanks i will have a look through the links, mine is supposed to be a red Paul climber, by the sounds of it it will turn out to be a yellow Fred dwarf verity lol.

                I bought a poundland tree thing a few years ago, one with wax on the stem and the roots in a green bag with an elastic band round it.

                I actually bought about 3/4 but this is the only survivor of the 4.

                It now has the thickest trunk, and flowers every year with thousands of little pink/white flowers.

                I'll try and find a photo of it later.

                  I bought some lovely roses last year from Aldi, all flowered in the first year and going strong again now, think they were £1-50 ish.

                    Thanks again for all replies, well its in, time will tell what happens to it, last year I noticed a wild rose in some woodland near my home, I will pop and see if I can get a rooted bit from it when I find the time.

                      Hi, I called to B&M today, they have some nice looking roses, unsure what type but plenty of growth starting,

                      I bought a few shrubs £3 for two.

                          I popped to Home Bargains today and bought a few more shrubs, I had to go through them to find the better ones, £1 each a bargain.
