I won't be in future, I knew they'd be plugs but didn't think they'd be that small! No, not excited now! I seen in the catalogue they are in 9cm pots :S will stick to seeds with all the £5 vouchers I got now

I ordered from J Parkers last year and wasn't too impressed with my order, my neighbour orders from Dobbies of Devon and they are not too bad.

Haven't looked at Hayloft, will have nose now, thanks

I like to see what I am buying and prefer to shop at my local nursery, which is family owned and of a high standard. But I have bought bare rooted hedging on line from tree nurseries and they have been very good and I would do so again. T &M has a terrible reputation for plants and I would not buy anything other than bulbs from them......but they seem to have banned me.

Mine have arrived, I'd be disappointed if I'd paid full price for them:

Mine look the same as you guys - be years and years before we see apples from the tree; on the bright side, it looks healthy enough.

I think I will keep it in a pot for at least a year until it gets a bit sturdier - when are the alliums best planted?
