          I'm on holiday in Swanage for a week so I don't know what Angelo's up to back home.... :doggieshmooze: hope he doesn't fall out of his net..:dunno:

            My 2 biggest tomatoes (both Phil's Fantastic) have each increased in girth by 10mm in the last 3 days to 340mm (approx. 14 ozs /400g) and 370mm (approx. 15ozs/425g). If they keep increasing at that rate the biggest will around a pound/454g by Thursday.

              @Scrungee ....good solid looking toms there Scrungee,look to have plenty of growing left in them too:thumbsup:

              This is one of my grafted toms....Beefmaster with Arnold F1 rootstock....it's been outside for a couple of months due to lack of space in the GH....

                I'm hoping that I've underestimated the smallest one and that it will grow bigger than this 1lb 9.75 ozs tomato I grew in 2011 and was only 4" diameter

                        Sorry to say that the Yank, Big Zak, will triumph this year, I think I may have a monster, no sign of ripening and still putting on weight, I've let the toms do their own thing this year too! No truss thinning and being fed once a week, I might even beat Scrungee's record? Definitely beat my last year's winner!
