Mine have only just started fruiting but then I purposely planted them a couple of months later than usual...... got fruits developing FAST on my "Big Boy"'s, so it's now game on! :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

I can see by the netting above EG that you have allowed plenty of room for expansion

Biggest of the Brandywine Black - 433g. More coming but I dont think any will get bigger than that, so suspcct that this is my contender for the year.

Why has it gone rotten from the top please?....my Brandy Wine Red has also succumed....do have a healthy looking Beefmaster though....i do think one of the mistakes i've made this year is to cram too many plants in the GH...That'll teach me:doh:

Oooh Nooo ! after all the effort. I hate it when that happens.

Possibly just got damp & rotted ? Doesnt look like anything more than that to me but others are sure to know better.

I always have the same problem with giant toms, I was hoping that this long dry hot spell would improve matters.

Despite the late start, my giants are coming along a treat, I've restricted them to five trusses with the lower truss being removed in most cases. I know I'm not in the competition but I like growing monster tomatoes.......... other tomatoes too!
