                I thought i'd mention..this year i've grown Carmen F1 Cues instead of my usual Telegraph....The Carmens are said to be "more disease resistant".....i have had yellowing leaves at the bottom of the plants but for the first time ever No mildew....not as prolific a 'fruiter' as the Telegraph but a steady crop.....and taste good too:dbgrtmb:

                  Are the green and the red Chillies both Aji Crystal Loli ? My chillies this year have been a bit tepid for some reason, so I am looking for something with a bit more ooomphh that wont blow your sock off !

                    I'm growing Carmen for the first time too. I only bought them as they were cheap (in the 50p seed sale) and hadn't actually realised they were supposed to be more disease resistant. Now you mention it I think my plants do look a lot healthier than in past years, I've certainly not got any mildew on them as in past years.
