I've got some JI compost, but it's outside. Must remember to bring some in first thing tomorrow to warm up as Vince says. All I intend to do is sow a few seeds in a 3" pot and put it on the kitchen windowsill. Or should I be aiming to sow individually into modules?

A 3" pot will be fine John, you prick out the seedlings at the crook stage, then you can transplant into modules. :dbgrtmb:

Mine all sown too:blue thumb: They're in 4" pots in MP compost. When they're at the crook stage I'll pot them on. Will J.I. No2 be ok at that point? I've just tried my new lighting, flippin' eck it's bright!:)

Bedfordshire Champions and Long Red Florence now sown...... by my reckoning, in excess of 400 onion seeds sown in total to date, I'll sow some more "back up" seed in a couple of weeks time.

                Hiya Vince.

Excuse my ignorance, but is it worth sowing those Long Red Florence now?
