Loli, that's what I was saying about my toms when there were no trusses appearing and you saw what I have now, perhaps they're just late to get going like mine. :)

I got off to a very late start what with moving. Most of the cuttings i've done have taken, so that should extend the season :)

I've been away and came back to find a riot of greenery that needs removing. Not a very flattering photo of me, but here I am taking the tops out of the Zapotec pleated plant, and one of its fruit....this is the monster fused fruit from early in the year...

More importantly, how does Shirley feel about it?

My toms are more of a steady stream this year - I have had a couple of biggish harvests of the maskotka, but no waste as they have all been eaten; the ones that I 'think' are millefleur are just beginning to set fruit, I have one Manx Marvel that will be the first to get picked an a day or three, and another load of randoms that I have no earthly idea what they are -- red, smallish, but too big for maskotka?

There is one big 'un nestling in the greenhouse slowly turning red - too uniform in shape to be a marmande I think, so I am wondering if it might be a Bulgarian?

There should be some Black Krim in there too, but again, the labelling fiasco means that everything that grows is currently a surprise

Blimey - they will really wonder about me then, as we are expecting an Indian chap at the door in the next hour. He is only delivering curry, honest..................
