Got to run it past sis first but i'm thinking about a GC meetup for the show.

Got parking for a few cars and i'll try to get some chairs and a table together for a base/tea drinking area. The plot is litterally next to the entrance so would be a good meetup place :)

I'm in the process of putting on 36 gallons of quick maturing wine (daughter is off to Africa in a few days and I'll make use of the extra space) and I was intending to stay 1 or 2 nights on on the Britt River campsite so I could have a drink or two, or three or etc., etc. In addition to the show and some fishing, also wanted to call in at Martin Down nature reserve on way there or way back. So it's all dependant on good weather.

That's what I had to do as well.

It was either urban foxes or the common variety rugrat that flattened the stems.

No matter, the leafy green parts still tasted great in stir-fries.

Most of the cloves will go into my home made chilli sauce after the scorpion harvest in November (hopefully).

Tyred of strawberries, how can this be?

Some people prefer them in bed, especially on the top deck of a bunk bed.

Look, when plants reward your efforts for giving them more space through division, it's rude not to.

OK, the fruits were no where near sugar sweet but when left out for a day after picking, they were tasty enough.

The courgette scions were started off about three weeks too early and so were very long and spindly by the time they came to be grafted.

About six male flower stalks had to be pruned from each scion before I even attempted the grafts.

The main vines are still relatively spindly at about pencil thickness but they are bearing fruit!
