Made some with last weeks swede but thrown in some garlic, onion and cheddar. Yum.

Oh what a let down the melon was.. like bloody sweet cucumber.. did I pick too soon or did it cross with cucs/squash or the asda honeydew?? No idea but I was disappointed!

Sown Mizuna, Lambs Lettuce and Kale, didn't bother with Land Cress as I noticed a few self seeders coming up under the tomatoes in the greenhouse :spinning:

Always good to see what people do with their home grown veg.

I didn't grow any swedes this year but I'm going to file this tidbit away for future recipe ideas.

Behold, the small gardener's Holy Trinity, the Salad Trinity, appears once again!

When the heavenly bodies align and you can get three home grown fruits/vegetables together onto a plate which forms a natural combination then that is a Holy Trinity - the small gardener's Holy Trinity!

This will probably be my entry for 'Longest Runner Bean' unless another one overtakes it

Are those Grape Vines outside Palmers Brewery? Had a quick look but couldn't see any grapes on them.

The next question is will at least three reach maturity?

And, will tiny black aphids and powdery mildew continue to ravage the leaves?
