82 yr old faces jail

    Wife told me today that one of the local garden police had a go at her friend today in the street. The snob lady demanded to know if wife's friend intended to sweep up all the fallen leaves from outside her house, to which wife's friend, put on the defensive by the tone of this other lady, replied simply 'No'.

    The leaves don't blow onto our side for some reason, so tomorrow wife has promised to ask her mate if I can go over and clean her leaves up. That should make a few sacks of leafmould for my garden:)

      Oh, come on now, for Goodness Sake!!!!, do you all actually think the Council is supposed to be working and providing services for us??:dunno::snork: I mean everyone knows that it's why rates were invented, as a sacrifice by the tax payers to the Great Council, their expenses, and their money wasting schemes.:heehee:
