      Along our street on the opposite side neighbours have both sycamore and horse chestnut, the latter are even worse because they drop sap on cars. They also attract kids throwing sticks up trying to get the conkers in the autumn. I like to look at them especially when they flower but am glad we don't have one that close.

        Ha ha...yes Pete I think so!! It was previously a very very large garden (cut in half by the owner so he could build on it) so it would have suited the original situation very well!

        Ah yes JWK, thankfully no sap! Small mercies.
