@Logan, your picture reminds me of when my Dad was posted to Kuala Lumpur in the 1960's and we went with him naturally. Before moving onto the camp we stayed in a hotel and one night whilst dining, the waiter brought a tureen with french beans in it. We couldn't help but laugh (we children) when he asked us if we would like 'long peas'! We still call them that today.

Three lads in the playground bragging about how fast their dads are.

"My dad is faster than a lion," says the first boy.

The second laughs and said, "Mine is faster than a cheetah".

The third is not impressed and says, "mine is faster, he works for the council."

The boys look confused until he explains, "He finishes work at 5pm but he's home by half past two."
