Ooh- love this!

We used to get these wonderful catalogues of gadgets for the elderly. Who ever knew there is such a thing as a foldable stand to hang your wig on Or a collapsible walking stick? Or a clever plastic container to hold your make up, with an opportunity to use it as a tidy-up to sweep veg peelings into it (apparently not simultaneously).

Not to mention the wonderful offer of 2-for-1 wills.

I have a collapsible walking stick, admittedly inherited rather than a personal purchase but I took it out with me only yesterday. Very useful things! It is rather fetching, covered with a flower design.

 

@ViewAhead, my sister has one of those and she found it very useful, helping her walk around after she cracked one of her vertebrae, falling off a bike in France. Now I understand why I don't ride a bike any more!
