A Joke Or Two 2023/24

I like the laundry capsule adverts where they end by saying "and remember, always keep away from children".

 

But being very pedantic, it should be "When T'Red" and no apostrophe needed in Owd.

 

A Yorkshire couple have been married for many years when the wife passes away. The husband goes to a local stonemason to get a headstone for the burial.

He says as well as the dates etc add Lord she's thine.
Later that day he goes to inspect the headstone and is shocked to see Lord she's thin. He's upset and says you've missed the E out.
The stonemason apologises and says he'll correct his mistake call back in the morning.

The next morning he turns up and the headstone says E she's thin.
