Sounds like what the north Koreans are sending over to South Korea.

 

The problem is helium is far to scarce, expensive and useful for other things; to waste on this daft American idea.
It would make far more sense to use hydrogen, it's cheaper, easier to get hold off would give more lift. Stick a bit of string to it and your child could carry the waste home for you, or you could ignite the string release and deposit waste a disownable distance away from you.

 

Or allow our pet a length of string each day. Poop on a string could be easily lifted by a stick and flung quite a distance...

My car wouldn't start this morning. I looked under the bonnet and saw a bat sitting on the engine block.
