Since about the middle 60's. I missed the first few years and didn't start watching until I was 12 and even then it was spotty until 1980. Then I never missed an episode!

Reminds me of the old joke of the girl just getting into the shower when the door goes. She goes to the door in the altogether and asks, "Who is it?" The answer is, "It's the blind man". She thinks, that should be okay, and opens the door. And the guy says, "I've come to clean your blinds".
