Well, i've found the Minkie Marvels to be nice and sweet Grew 2 plants for seed, well away from the others that got the blight.

Starting to pick them off and ferment the seeds now, still got more to come



Fermenting the seeds for at least 4 days, til they smell like old socks dipped in Comfrey tea

 

Zigs, why have you got a conccrete block in your carvan??

 

Part of the heating system, it warms up during the day and gives off heat overnight. Thinking about backing it up with 5 litres of Rapeseed oil.

This is the primary heating system

 

Holds more heat than not having a breeze block

My money is on oil though, should be able to get a load cheap when Tescos go bankrupt next week.

Tasting good too, got all worried when you were saying they were bland, but them's lovely

 

Same here...I must say the early ones didn't have a great deal of flavour but since then they are really good,a nice 'old fashioned' tomato taste especially with a pinch of salt on them

 

Perhaps mine would have been better this year.......if they'd survived!
