      From memory they seemed to 'tolerate' it Armandii, at times they didn't seem bothered that it was with them but occasionally they seemed to be unsure and gently escorted it away if it got too close, they never went in to the full on agressive behaviour that you see sometimes when they're chasing off an interloper :)

      Now for the history bit :snork:.....yawn :heehee:

      It's a former quarry for sand, extracted for making coloured glass in the 1960's, when production ceased it was allowed to fill up with water and become what it is today.
