    :( Oh poor you, my friend gets them, one of the things he did was cut out the three Cs. .. :confused: Chocolate, Cheese & Citrus. Found a small difference. I go for accupunture on a regular basis so I talked to her. I told my friend to go & see her. He had a few sessions & touch wood hasn't had one since. A year now.... :cool: Oh yes.... What are you doing at the pc??????? should be taking it easy on the old eyes..... Not that I don't like chatting with you of course...... :D :D :D

    :D :D No not physic I'm afraid,,,, shall we say experience..... ;) :D Seriously if that is the area the pain is eminating from you should maybe see a Chiropractor, NOT an Osteopath. Chiropractors will re-aline your spine very gently. Another brilliant person I see. I go for the McTimony method. Very gentle but precise, never have to go more than a couple of times unless serious.... :D

    :D So did I Paladin..... :D :rolleyes: But was serious about the chiropractor. We all go to one here when necessary, don't see the point of being in pain or ill, when for a few quid you can get releif..... ;) :D :D
