They look lovely, especially the Saxifrages which are so pretty :wub2:

I've got some Alpines too :)

I've got a few young Alpine Daphnes (x transatlantica Eternal Fragrance, Cnoreum Verlotti, susannae Tichborne & susannae Cheriton), a Saxifraga Peach Melba which flowered a couple of months ago shortly after I bought it, a couple of Sedum Vera Jamesons (which I am going to plant out front between some rocks in a raised bed), a Lewisia Little Peach which is currently flowering, a Leucanthemum Sunshine Peach and a very weird looking Cordyalis Purple Leaf which currently has a flower on it (very odd looking thing which I was given free as part of my order). No idea what I'm going to do with that one.

Since last year I acquired a Lewisia. It was 20 pence from the bargain bench in a local nursery. It is now heavily in bud.
I wish that I could say the same for the Saxifrages.

Lovely pictures Kindred. I've noticed that alpines tend to have strong, bright colours. :)

Looking good Kindredspirit! :dbgrtmb: I love the bright colours that alpines often provide, they may be pretty much ground hugging plants but the flowers more than make up for their height. :)

                      Loving those colonies of Sempervivum!
I put some rosettes in the wall and they've gone. There one day, gone the next.

My first impression of these pots was not great but on a second look they are really unusual and would look great in the right place. I am definitely going to give them a go. Nice work!!

I've moved onto very low, circular troughs of a metre in diameter now. Piccy of two here. The frontmost one is mostly Tufa and the furtherest one is sheets of limestone rock. I'll try and dig up better pictures.
