America goes to the polls!!!!!!!

We've had the PC candidates sat on a red seat in a shopping mall being asked silly questions by members of the public.
One asked why there was no leaflets telling people about the candidates.
Answer:- There are no central funds to produce and distribute information leaflets, so we have to resort to circulate information as best as possible. I've even been doing a website to let people know about me.

Obviously HMG has as much interest in the election as the rest of us!
Given that the candidates seem to be an ex MP, a plummy speaking retired businessman, a city councillor with a dodgy beard and a retired senior police officer - I am inclined to not waste my time. This will be the first election (local and national) that I am not participating in.
A candidate in another local area is a copper who was jailed for ***** (don't want to get the crime wrong, so won't specify)released after a few years on appeal, given £100K+ Compen. and now wants to be in control of how the police operate!!!!!
Anyone else excited by the prospects of benefit to the community as a result of this "Election"?

There was recently a participant in the program DRAGON DEN (Irish version) that was wearing a yellow suit like that in the video, a very original type, as you can imagine...
In spite of that, his pitch was faultess and a type like that could sell anything to anybody.

 

I loath that Obama made it. He holds no credibility for me.
We had a rock star CEO that was willing to turn the country around. Romney did not need the job, in the private sector he can make 4 times the amount. I am saddened knowing my America is going away. I am glad I do not have children that will have to pay for this mess. But, not surprised he got a second term, lets face it America is 25th in the education level of the world.
