The garden is looking good in September ...

The Bougainvillea under the Oleander ... we've let this one trail on the ground, with an Aloysia tripylla (Lemon-scented Verbena) to the left ...

.... the Solanum rantonnetii reaching for the sky ...

... the pink Brugmansia heaving with buds ...

... and still looking good Justicia brandegeana (Shrimp Plant) ...

It's here, it's here .... we're 24 and Baz (our barometer) is saying rain ... but he's wrong a lot. Did have to cover myself with a duvet cover (minus duvet) last night it was so chilly (21).

I keep looking, I keep looking...

Thank you, Pete ... we're coming into our "green" season so watch out folks!

PS That pathetic plant on the far left in the corner planter in the L'archway picture is my Clerodendrum ...

Pete, are you talking to me? Oh, yes .. that's t'other half's ghastly burble barrel that I HATE! He uses the clear stuff when he thinks about it ... as you can see, not often ... A subject me and he don't discuss ... it's disgusting!

Yes, Strongy ... the kits are nice ... the sodding little boy attached himself to me in the night, if you know what I mean ??? :D :D :D

PS Pete, the light rain has arrived ... nicely washing all the plants ... and we're a cold 24 at the mo ... brrrrr!

Thanks, Rosa ... thought I had b*ggared everything up there for a while! Phew!

By the way, Peter, t'other half says the water's clean in the burbling barrel, it's the barrel that needs the pressure washer taken to it ... I have looked and the water is clear, so must be true! [IMG]
