First picture is looking across to Lake Mead from the top of the dam. There are two towers as you see in the picture and as the state line of Nevada / Arizona runs down the middle each tower has a clock with one hours difference. That being the difference in state times!

Second is the pair of cast bronze statues, 'Winged Figures of the Republic.

Third is looking down the face of the dam to the power station.
The dam is 1244 ft (379 m) across and 726.4 ft (221 m)
There were 112 deaths associated with the construction of the dam.
It sure is a lot of concrete.
