:thumb:Glad you're sorted Woo. Hopefully, with all that security you won't get hit again. Do they all run together ok? Also, can I be cheeky and ask, are you using the free ones? I am but am only using ZA & Avast at the moment. Do you think I should get the others aswell?

    cheers

I got so fed up with the anti-virus and spam programs slowing up the start-up of my computer that I changed to Ubuntu O/S which has no need of them.

    Hi, kalmia_latifolia

Welcome to the fold. Do you get the Full Circle Magazine (a free Ubuntu amgazine) available at http://fullcirclemagazine.org. There are some good articles in it, especially The Gimp.

Thanks Larkshall, I hadn't heard of Full Circle Magazine but it looks interesting *takes a look*
I'm really looking forward to the release of ubuntu 8.10 but seriously thinking of making a switch to the kubuntu edition (I'm a sucker for a beautiful user interface)

Are you the same Larkshall on the ubuntu forums?

I think this is the Virus that Woo got attacked with the other week and he had a hard job putting it right.I am sure he will be able to clarify this when he comes along:)

Shiney, some of the members of our village website were talking about Google Chrome and one of them said it was good but that it had messed up his online banking:confused: I havn't clicked on the link yet so don't know what it looks like:)
