Any one having problems with AOL?

I am having so much trouble connecting to AOL.
I have never had this problem before.
It's driving me mad.
Even when I do get on it keeps going down.
It as taken 3 hour to get connected tonight

 

Personally I would not go near AOL but that is mainly because of their clunky email and website service

 

With BT now.
I couldn't put up with AOL any longer.

 

I've always had problems who ever I'm with! I think a good way to avoid connection problems is not to use the equipment they provide you with for free, it's not exactly the best quality!

 

It was the call cemters I was having the trouble with.

1st... I couldn't get through on the phone it took ages.

2nd...I couldn't understand them and they couldn't understand me
When I did talk to someone after ages being on hold..
Then got changed to someone else only to be left on hold again and again and again.
Passed from one to the other.

3rd... They took 3 weeks to try to solve the problem.
kept tsting lines promised to get back to me, never did.

AOL for me were Hopeless
