    @CarolineL
    At the moment I grow it in a pot in the greenhouse and stand it outside in the summer. I intend to try it outside in a raised bed once I have bulked it up a bit and have it flowering regularly.

    @Selleri , how did you get on with your tree basil? I’ve got nothing showing, and it’s over a month since I sowed them....:sad:

    I sowed my Minette Basil (wonder if that is considered tree basil) which looks like a little bush about 6 weeks ago and just a few days ago 2 of the 4 seeds popped and I now have little seedlings. I thought I was going to get nothing since it took so long. This is the picture of what it supposed to look like when mature.[IMG]

      Does anyone know if there are any extra charges/taxes if you buy seed from America via EBay? There are some brugmansia betty marshall seeds I'd like and it seems to be the only place to buy them.

      Its more about the cost of the Goods, under £15 is ok for most things, above that you may have to pay tax and duties, but the big cost if over £15 is the uk delivery service who collect such tax charges and charge you a lot for doing so.

      What I do not know and someone else might , is are you allowed to import those seeds or that particular variety ? The seller may send them, but uk customs could sieze them if restricted ?

      Thanks @ricky101 under £8 So should be ok there, I'll email the seller and ask if they are restricted.
