put the blade on high and give it a quick trim this encourages the side shoots , thats my theory ;)

plus if its dry I would jump at the chance remember 2012 !!!

I gave my lawn its first trim of the year yesterday! Looks like the worms have had fun in the wet weather, casts everywhere.

i need to do mine, i'm lucky that i have very free draining soil so the lawn hasn't suffered the boggy conditions. i MIGHT, if i have time, do mine tonight.

Dry enough here but too many frosts over night to risk it. The lawn is in poor shape after 3 scarifications last year. I think it was too much !

Mine is still too waterlogged to do anything. Wanted to repair the fence but cannot get across the lawn to do it without doing too much damage. Trouble is if we have a wet spring and summer when is it going to cut? Want one of those side attachments Music is on about!

I'm hoping the weather's going to hold until the end of the week. My lawnmower is going for service tomorrow, so hopefully the lawn will have dried out while it's away.
