Anyone here suffer from tinnitus?

Daisees i was told to ignore it and it would go away it is hard but get your mind on something elis and it dose work try it you have got nothing to lose good luck

 

I'm like Shiney, I got tinnitus nearly 30 years ago in my late teens following a bad cold. I find it worse in the evenings or if I've been subjected to loud noises or I have a cold. Mostly I've learned to ignore it but I do notice I've got it every day. I've heard white noise is supposed to cancel it out but that would drive me potty!

 

So have you tried Gingko?

 

I haven't tried Gingko. I'm a wuss when it comes to any form of medication. I got some anti inflammatary tablets 3 weeks ago for my wrist (v painful) and having read the side effects I haven't had one!
