    But what aout the caterpillars which are enjoying too much of my pelargonium cuttings?

    Pick 'em off! That's the organic answer!! Although what you're meant to with them afterwards, I'm not too sure! Find someone you can't stand and put them in their garden??? :D :D

    This as the first year in a long time that my pansies have not been destroyed by aphids, maybe i've been lucky but this has been the coldest winter here for about 10 years and may have killed them off. Normally they have thrived in the mild winters and sucked the life out of the plants. Problem is they over winter on the underside of the leaves so you don't think there are any.
