Aquilegia seedlings dying ?

    Thanks all for the replies ! Sorry for the delay in replying, was back in hospital for attempt #2 on my kidney stones, which so far has all the hallmarks of not having worked :-(

    Definitely lesson learned, next year I will sow direct outside I think. The seeds actually came from plants in the garden.

    I've put half of them outside in my little plastic greenhouse as an experiment.

    As I've been off today (after the hospital treatment) I've been sowing LOADS of new (non aquilegia) seeds and doing some potting up of some digitalis. Also got to pot up some sweet peas tomorrow. Being new to all this, I'm nervous now that I've got anti-green fingers and my digitalis will die, lol !!!
