Apologies, I should have said, the ones in the grow bag are outside but here is a close up as I realised the other pictures were a bit far away!

Do you know what the brown spots on the bottom leave are then, if not blight?

Its not blight, you will know blight when you see it, big black spots all over the place.
I've seen those before and never really bothered about them, I think some will say it a nutrient deficiency, but I just think the leaves are getting older at the bottom of the plant.

If you are using a good tomato feed things should be ok.

That's a massive relief! Thank you

I'm using Maxicrop once a week, what do you use?

I use Chempak but as long as it contains trace elements, it should say on the back, it should be ok.
Magnesium is the one most people worry about.

Suggest you obtain some Epsom salts (£3 per 1 KG at Boots) Unscented is best.
Add 1 teaspoon (5gms) to 1 litre of water, apply prior to feeding. This is magnesium sulphate which can correct magnesium deficiency symptoms of which your plant is suggesting.
One application should be adequate, but watch the plant. May take 7-14 days to alter appearance.
As it is the lowest leaf , it may be at its maturity, and could be removed
