One of twelve Agapanthus Headbourne hybrids grown from seed three years, they all flowered in their first year and this one I planted in my mum's garden last year, it has 17 flower stems, 12 more than mine!!

Armandi, they are very small flower heads but will get bigger in time.

Sheal, it was advertised as almost blue (T&M three years ago) but it is really magenta/purple but still a nice colour.

Last pics before our 'holiday' tomorrow.
Clematis Mrs Thompson is flowering again but I was expecting the second flush much later.

My new and only Hemerocallis, I thought it would be too common for the Day Lily thread:biggrin:
Catherine Woodley. Only one stem so it will probably be over when we come back next week!

It will be over by morning, hence why they are called "Day" lillies ;) so it has given you its very best in time for you to go away :dbgrtmb: (and definitely not to be hidden away from the Daylily thread)

You have a truly beautiful garden there: a credit to you! I've thoroughly enjoyed wandering through, thank you

Thanks M, the Cannas and Agapanthus will open while we are away but may be still around in a week or so. I took the lily pic this morning knowing it may be gone by tonight.

Might get some ideas at the Sandringham Flower Show next week as entry is included.
