Avatars !!

Thanks for info Strongylodon, something else I've learned from GC. - Now I see that it's an avatar, as lots of us have, with personal connotations. :D

 

Took long enough but got there in the end

 

3 months!!!! Such perseverance!

 

Avatars...I Hate em..and I reckon it will take me longer than 3 months... all I have managed to get is a red X in the box... and yes the piccy is the right size.

 

Rosietu - how about you taking us through step by step what your doing and lets see if we can find the answer

 

Selected an Avatar from Photobucket clicked on the top line url copied it. minimised the window, Opened up GC my profile
edit profile,select different Avatar,paste new url from photobucket clicked on set url.
Mona Lisa dissapears and I get the dreaded red X
so I right click that to show picture but it not having any of that....Argggg

 

Did you remove old url before pasting the new one?

 

Also Rosie dont forget to update profile at bottom of the page...........

Thank you, just thought it was me I wear hats especially now as I have a stinking cold so confined in the warm wiv a hat.... :D :D
