Easiest form of cacium for us to absorb Dave.

It was only a chance mutation about 6,000 years ago that let humans digest milk into adulthood at all, funny how that occurred at the dawn of agriculture :th scifD36:

    I bin eating a yog a day since I turned 50 :old:

Force your self to eat a six pack of fruit yogs and then use the pots to fill with natural yog and freeze them :ideaIPB:

Oh, all the human bones i dig up are yellow as opposed to the animal ones i dig up that are white,
they don't drink milk past childhood.

Yellow much stronger, and also indicates you been digging where you shouldn't have :hate-shocked:

My bones are already very strong. In my life so far I've done ok. 1 broken rib, courtesy of an oak tree plus gravity. A broken nose courtesy of a union between the library door and gale force wind. A broken hand.... we won't go there. And a broken metatarsal head, courtesy of my most powerful kick combined with a hard object and a series of miscalculations on my part.

                Welcome back, Clue! :yay:
Tell that to the French! They firmly believe that milk is for babies only but don't seem to have made the connection with cream, yoghurt, butter and cheese:heehee:

Forme la plus facile de calcium pour nous d'absorber Dave. Ce n'est qu'une mutation fortuite il y a environ 6000 ans qui a permis aux humains de digérer le lait jusqu'à l'âge adulte, ce qui est drôle à l'aube de l'agriculture.

Apart from the bit about eating the chemical fakery that is fruit yogurts, that sounds like a good idea.

I'm officially no longer a software developer. I've moved more into data/business analysis side of things.

Sounds interesting, and with your background, you will have great understanding of how best to analyse that data. Best of luck to you mate, I hope it proves to be the best move you have made.

There is no best or worst. Every change is a necessary part of life's rich tapestry :)

I've always been lucky in terms of career. Things have always just fallen into place (ok I've had to put effort in to achieve things, but the opportunity has always just kind of presented itself ). This one is no different. I was getting bored of being a software developer when a recruitment agent phoned me to say he had a job that wasn't quite what I do, but would I be interested in talking anyway.
