Thanks loofah, its really helped to take the slope out of the garden now. Got two pretty good flat grass areas now and the new puppy loves it.

All the fencing and gate is finished now, plants are in place. This was my view eating breakfast this morning.

More projects planned this autumn. The shed and greenhouse is coming down and im going to build an 8mtr x 3mtr all in one shed and greenhouse. So i can house the solar panels on the roof.

Hoping to start it around september time and get it done within a few weeks. Will grow what i can in the greenhouse until then, before putting putting some shelves in it to store the current shed stuff. Build the first half the shed, transfer stuff from greenhouse. Then build the greenhouse part…….

Frame is being built from 4x4 fence posts and will have a one plane roof at 30* facing due south

i currently have four solar panels that need putting on it, but it will be able to house 12/14 i hope.

Decided to bring this project forward to spring/summer. So no veggie growing this year, but does mean i can do the build in the drier months and take my time.

just waiting for some dry days now, so i can empty the shed.

I've just come in from doing some jobs while it's been decent, and saw your thread @Welshman .
                  Seriously impressive.
I love a bit of building work and changing things around :)
Hope you get the weather to do all the things you want to get done. Probably a good idea to get on with it soon, rather than waiting.
At least you have a nice bit of shelter for a seat and a cuppa in between all that sawing....;)

What have you got planned for the beds @Welshman , or have you not thought that far ahead yet?
It's fantastic though. I think you did the right thing doing it when there's plenty of daylight, and less chance of a lot of wetter, colder weather for doing the timber etc. I hope you get plenty of use from it - I'm sure you will.
I'm currently rebuilding my shed rather than buying a new one, and the recent spells of dry weather has been ideal for concreting and painting timber etc. Same paint for me too - the rest of the timber I have is the same, with a few grey sections for some contrast.
I sometimes wonder if it would have been easier for my aching bones if I'd just spent the money on a new one though!

I also have to empty the shed and get rid of some stuff - which will be fun...not.
