          Do you own your property or is this a council house and your neighbour as if its council can they not do anything.

          Just a thought .

          im a bit new to the forum and late to the thread but had to point that out :mute:

          don't no how old this thread is ,but i agree'd Melannie the guy sounds like a pr**. just make sure to do it at night ,he'll never know :D

              I'm with you ClaraLou although am not sure that Melanie deserves the sort of 'abuse' she has been getting - life's too short for this.......
