OK, Melannie, you insist it's not a wind up and you've been given many possible solutions and many reasons as to why you shouldn't spray your neighbours' garden with weedkiller.
So tell us what you're going to do, tell us when you've done it and then tell us if there have been any consequences!

Thanks Shiney might have guessed it was BVI when I saw it was Richard Bransom's home. Yes somewhere like that would do me nicely.

As a cnc miller/turner/grinder/programer by trade, done sub con most of my time, aerospace, MOD, F1 etc, I would say I would'nt fly with any airline without first making out my will, I know companys that cheated paperwork on Concord and Airbus lots of times, I also machined the top and bottom of Mr Bransons capsule the first time he tried to crossed the Atlantic:DOH: Edgley Aircraft had the contract in 86, I hit Ireland with that puppy:yess: but I'd much rather risk flying than growing long grass next to the bunny boiler Melannie:loll:

Sorry Melannie, but you need to get a grip on whats worth getting upset over:WINK1:

            Hehe, yes, gotta agree,
I have (as a young electronics engineer) worked on flight test installations on the hydraulics of Concord(e) 002, telecomms for Giotto mission to Comet Halley - doesnt get more virgin territory than that -, no worries !
Would sooner write my will if living next to Melannie !

Neighbour has a right to enjoy his garden as he sees fit
(he/they say, according to Melannie, that they dont care, but maybe they know that she is windable uppable ! )

does he tell Melanie what to do in her garden?
It isnt a hanging offence to grow long grass, perhaps Melannie should apply for a setaside grant to cultivate a wildlife habitat as well ?!

            Quite so

Sorry Mel. but I'm not sure if we have yet identified the right neighbour from hell (now where is that 'wicked' emoticon ,,, )

Ok, I think you guys have talked me into taking the weak and feeble way out of this as I see it, leave things as they are, clean up for someone else once or possible twice a year (if theres a miracle) and thats that, i still think its terribly sad though that some people have total disrespect for thier neighbours, its just rediculous when your keeping a beautiful garden and within an inch of it is this jungle !

I personally hate them and they hate us, there is no love lost and we know each others feelings and there is not even any room for a discussion on this or nothing as I have tried that approach before, they make me sick, idiots, filthy stinking idiots, thats all they are !

Now THAT'S what I call a change of heart!!!! :WINK1: :loll: :loll:

Sorry Melannie :love30:, but we have a problem keeping ourselves too serious on here. :D

The way to look at it is that you have a good wildlife habitat next door that is probably bringing you beneficial insects etc and, on top of that, the look of the place is making your garden look even better :yess: :yay: :hapfeet: :yahoo:

With all due respect Melannie you've been given the advice you were asking for in the first few posts of this thread, others have then given you secondary advice that your actions of industrialy spraying someone elses property was NOT a good idea, thats not weak and feeble as you rudely say about forum members sound advice, its sound advice that could well keep you out of court or a fist fight, sure if you sprayed his garden there might not be the evidence for criminal action against you but civil action is another kettle of fish, he does'nt have to prove you did it, just convince the court that you probably did do it, your money would be much better spent on a proper height fence (advice that you've already been given).

Good fences make good neighbours, thats Pottyland fact.:WINK1: if its his fence then just stagger another yourside and theres nothing he can do about it, if he's enjoying winding you up you'll have the finishing shot:WINK1:

You keep saying he/they are idiots, if they are then you are being one too for argueing with them! NEVER argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level, then beat you with years of experience:WINK1:

              Chill out and enjoy life:sunny:
