    I got the burgundy falls from Suttons - and they've done brilliantly, after a fairly slow start. Can't give a direct link at the moment - not available just now. I got them in their sring catalogue, I think.

    Any idea what that lovely trailing bamboos' latin name is Dendrobium? When I try a google there are all sorts of results for the common name but nothing much to do with bamboo.

    Chusquea couleou - flowered two to three years ago and was pretty much totalled as a UK population. Thats why you can only get little squirts of it in pokey pots. It also takes a long time to grow. Of course I love it :(

    I have heard rumours that there is a nurseryman in W. Wales who has to grub the stuff up it spreads so fast, but I have yet to meet this mysterious person.I can believe it re: similarity of Welsh and Chilean climate.
