BM, it`s god to see you`re growing the Paulownia for it`s flowers, and not cutting it back for the foliage.

Thanks BM Another plant to add to my list. I was over at Akamba at the weekend for the HTUK meet, and came back with too many plants - again, for anyone into exotics who is near to Birmingham (or even not so near) i would really recomend it. Ill pop some photos up on here later as its a totally different experiance to most garden centres!

Cool, I did think about going but I have spent too much on other things so far this year and it's only April :D

If I had gone I would only have come home with more tree ferns to worry about :o

I didnt spend as much as i had thought i would, they had quite a few small blechnum tabulare which were snapped up by quite a few people, including me. I didnt really look at the bigger stuff this time, mainly went for smaller plants.

We also popped along to CGF on the way back, for anyone into herbaceous perennials I would suggest a trip, we all generally went for the more exotic or exotic looking plants, but the selection and quality is superb.

LOL!! So its not just my dog thats stupid then BM.... If its just a cool night and not to cold we just put the gas fire on instead of the heating, and soft boy here (lay under my chair now as I write) lies in front of it,untill he is that hot he starts panting. We literally have to move him away. Then when we're not looking he sneaks back again!!!:rolleyes:

Funny you should say that mate, I was looking at the seat swing I bought them for their birthday and I recon that would make a great goal with out the swing on. They leg it round the garden like loonies ! And the deep gravel wears them out quicker;)

I was going to post some more pics, but I realised its May so I need a new thread
