Bathing/showering

Mrs H , hoses me down , and gives me a good scrubbing with the yard brush , before re applying the creosote every spring and autumn

 

Anytime prefer a bath to a shower.....unless we have a scorching hot summer where by i'll jump in the shower just to cool off

 

Well, why not do what the Romans did, rub all over with olive oil, and then scrape with a Strigil. How exhilarating, or sore !!

 

Shower every work morning for quickness but weekends and after garden work a bath. Prefer the bath as it is much more relaxing, especially when taken with a nice glass of wine and a hotpot waiting for me in the oven.

 

Bit of a senior moment the other night.
After a long cold day at work, time to relax. So....
Ran myself a bath, disrobed, turned on the radio, stepped into the bath.......
Wrong tap. Bath was full of cold water.

 

That sounds nice, a quick scrape in the mornings and a more leisurely scrape in the evenings!!!! Perhaps you could even scrape each other!!!!!!
