    I was lucky, and aside from a few bits of tree all over the place, my garden seems to have made it through ok.
    Very grateful for that.

    I think the storm wasn't as bad as some of the scaremongers were predicting.

        It's been a bit of a damp squib in the Midlands (thank goodness, at least it motivated me to sort out the greenhouse) but am on my way to Somerset today, totally against Met Office advice.

              The previous Mrs Zigs just called in to phone work, she nearly got there but a tree was blocking the road to South Petherton.

                A holiday house in Theale near Wedmore. It's between Glastonbury and Wells, should we be fortunate enough to arrive there. Plenty of water around there already, I believe!
