    Now theres a thought Dai, beetroot as a sheep dip additive, use the right mordant and the hills would be alive with the sight of pink sheep.

    Cooked, sliced and served as a side dish in balsamic vinegar and olive oil with a sprinkling of chopped fresh garlic. Looks great and tastes utterly fantastic.

    Incidentally, for Sussexgardener & others, the above video was shot at the weald & downland museum, the wishing well is fake though.
