Beetroot issues

I pulled one of mine up yesterday and roasted. I've also used the leaf for a salad....I never knew you could!

 

Sounds delicious! When did you plant yours again??

 

15th April, and apparently takes around 90 days so thought of puling one to see. I'll be pickling the rest next week and using the leaves for more salad

 

Ohh okay, I think I'll have to wait a few more weeks as I kept mine indoors for a while.. but when you mentioned roasting them that sounded really good ... I think I have my mind set on what I should do
