    Hi Herb, sorry I'm confused now. I roast all my veg for about 30 minutes, longer if cut larger. Is that what you wanted to know?

    Try cold cooked beetroot with Chopped Garlic and mayo. It's the best! :D

    I pressurecook mine, peel and slice into a mixture of diluted vinegar with some sliced onion and sugar. I have it with salads and cold meals the first lot of the season in a sandwich. I still don't know what Michaelmasdaisy means.
