Getting there Michael,..with fits and starts,..if i didn't have to move all would be fine,..reaching for something without thinking and its a sharp intake of breath,..i managed to go walking with Foxy Molly two days this week but only for about a mile and then slowly

A very pleasant walk with a blue sky. So please you are feeling somewhat better Philip but please continue to take it slowly for the time being.

 

Pace yourself Philip and don't overdo things...a little and often is your prescription from us!!

Thanks folks,..well appreciated advise and very caring,..to be on the safe side and with your suggestions i am going to REALLY take it VERY easy the next four days,..so i booked the Doggy Walker for today and the next three days,..you are all moral boosters.

That Blue Heron is stunning. We have Herons here but white ones, never seen a blue one.

We get a lot of them along the river close to the house,..many of them come from an island on Lough Ree,..its awesome to see the huge nests they build in the trees

 

We still have blue skies and its quite warm enough at night not to need a fire.
